Simple services to automate your business step by step. You know what you are paying before work begins.
1. Automation audit — €390
The best starting point if you know that "something takes too much time" but you don't know what to automate first.
- 2 hours with you, at your premises (Strasbourg, Alsace, Nice–Monaco) or by video call.
- I observe how requests arrive, who re-enters what, where information gets lost.
- Within a week, you receive a written report: 3 to 5 automations ranked by profitability, with effort, implementation cost, running cost and estimated time saved.
- If you then order an implementation, the €390 is deducted.
2. Turnkey automation — from €1,500
An end-to-end automated process. Typical examples:

Included: analysis, build, tests with your real data, team handover, documentation and 30 days of adjustments. The price depends on the number of tools to connect; it is fixed in the quote.
Tools: n8n (hosted in Europe or on your servers), Make, Zapier, or a Python script when that is more reliable — I choose based on your context, not out of habit.
3. Supervised AI assistant — from €2,400
An AI agent connected to your channels and your data:
- it reads and sorts requests (website, email, WhatsApp Business);
- it replies or prepares a reply in the client's language — French, English, German, Russian…;
- it relies on your documents (rates, terms, FAQ, catalogue) rather than inventing;
- it saves everything in your CRM or your spreadsheet;
- a member of your team approves sensitive messages before sending.
The AI proposes, a human decides. Every action is logged and can be checked.
4. Monitoring & maintenance — from €150 / month
- Monitoring of automations and alert in case of error
- Fast fixes when a tool changes (update, new API)
- Small improvements included every month
- Cancellable every month, up-to-date documentation handed over with every change
5. Private AI at your office — from €2,900 excl. VAT (hardware not included)
For lawyers, chartered accountants, notaries, family offices and any structure bound by secrecy: a Mistral model installed on a server that belongs to you, on your premises. Search in your documents with source citations, case-file summaries, first drafts of letters — with no data ever sent to the cloud. Installation, indexing, security, team training; maintenance from €200 excl. VAT / month.

- "AI at work" training for your teams — half a day on site or remote, from €450. Concrete use cases in your field, confidentiality best practices, the limits of AI. The EU AI regulation (art. 4) requires businesses that use AI to promote mastery of these tools among their teams.
- Custom development — PHP, Python, C#, SQL: small internal applications, API connectors, data extraction.
- Interactive 3D visualisation with Unreal Engine or Unity — virtual tour of a property, product presentation. On request.
What to budget for in addition
The subscriptions of the tools used (n8n hosting, AI credits, possible WhatsApp Business API) remain in your name and at your expense — in general a few tens of euros per month for an SME. I give you a costed estimate before the project.
