Portal and website requests

Requests coming from portals, your website or WhatsApp are read and automatically qualified (purchase / rental, budget, area, timeline), a personalised first reply goes out in minutes in the client's language, and the contact record is created in your tool. The agent concerned receives an alert with the summary.

Follow-ups and tracking

Follow-up of prospects who haven't replied, reminder before a viewing, request for a review after a transaction, periodic report to selling owners.

Files and documents

Collection of documents for a tenant or buyer file, completeness check, automatic filing, reminder to the client for what is missing.

Multilingual listings

Writing and translation of listings (French, English, German, Russian…) from your records, reviewed before publication.

Valuation from real sales

Preparation of a valuation report from comparable sales taken from public DVF data, in your agency's format.

Note: DVF data does not cover Alsace and Moselle (Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Moselle come under the Land Registry — Livre foncier). In Alsace, the valuation relies on your own sales and on locally available sources.

Property management and concierge services

Interactive 3D tour

I also work in real-time 3D (Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender): an interactive tour of a property or a new development, useful for buyers at a distance. On request.
