The conditions, rates and caps are set by each funder and change over time. The information below is provided as an indication: your company's eligibility is always confirmed by the body itself.

Grand Est Region — first artificial intelligence project

The Grand Est Region supports companies with fewer than 2,000 employees that launch their very first AI project, notably through an external service. For this strand, the announced support is a grant of 40% of eligible expenditure, capped at €20,000. The business sectors and admitted providers are defined by the Region: eligibility is checked case by case with Grand E-nov+.

• The application must be submitted before the quote is signed — this is the most important point.
• The scheme is prescribed by the Grand E-nov+ agency; the application is submitted on the Grand Est Region's online services platform.

Monaco — Fonds Bleu (Extended Monaco)

The Fonds Bleu co-finances up to 70% (excl. VAT) of the structuring digital projects of businesses registered in Monaco: digitalisation of internal processes, data and AI integration, cybersecurity, compliance.

France — Bpifrance

As part of the national "Osez l'IA" plan, Bpifrance notably offers a Diag Data IA subsidised at 40% for SMEs and mid-caps with 10 employees or more, as well as support programmes. These diagnostics are carried out by the experts of the Bpifrance network; the resulting implementation can then be entrusted to the provider of your choice.
